You’ll want to figure out how many days a week you’ll be working out, which exercises you’ll be doing, and approximately how much time you’ll need each day. You’re Eating Fast Food and Junk
If you want to stop gaining weight and start gaining muscle instead, then nutrition needs to be a main part of your daily routine.
